✨ As the final chapter of my reign as Mrs. New York American 2024 begins to unfold, I find myself filled with gratitude, pride, and a tiny bit of disbelief at how quickly this year has flown by.
But don’t cue the farewell music just yet… 🎤 May is shaping up to be a full-on celebration with a calendar packed with incredible events, meaningful appearances, and one last chance to wear the crown (a lot) and heels (strategically). 👑💃 Every opportunity to serve, speak, and show up as Mrs. NY American has been a gift—and I can’t wait to finish strong, filled with purpose, joy, and maybe a few happy tears. Let’s make May one to remember. 💫 #MrsNewYorkAmerican2024 #FinalLap #CrownedWithPurpose #PageantWithAPlatform #HopeHappinessHealing

I’ve been a dancer for most of my life, but one of my favorite dances ever took place on the iconic stage at Westgate Las Vegas—yes, the very same stage Elvis once performed on! Dancing alongside my incredible Mrs. American Class of 2024 sisters, choreographed by the dynamic duo Frit and Frat, was nothing short of electric. It wasn’t just a performance—it was a celebration of sisterhood, sparkle, and a little bit of sequined magic. Thank you to Frit and Frat for bringing the energy, and to my sisters for making that moment unforgettable. Once a dancer, always a dancer—and today, I'm dancing down memory lane. #NationalDanceDay #MrsAmerican2024 #FritAndFrat #DancingQueen #ElvisStageMagic Mark your calendars, green thumbs! 🌱 I’m thrilled to be the Special Guest at the Annual Sweet Farm Plant Sale on Sunday, May 11th from 10 AM – 4 PM! 💐🍅

I am living proof that hope, happiness, and healing are possible after childhood trauma. If you’ve ever felt alone in your journey, please know—you are not. There is strength in speaking out, and there is power in healing together.
I've decided it's time to let some light in on the parts of my past that have long been tucked away in the shadows. Growing up in a truly dysfunctional environment wasn’t easy, but every twist in my story has helped shape the person I am today. I'm beginning to share those chapters—raw, real, and sometimes downright quirky—and I invite your questions, thoughts, or even a chuckle (yes, there’s humor in the chaos too). Whether you're curious about the unexpected lessons or simply want to understand how these experiences fueled my journey, I'm here and ready to talk. Let’s start an honest conversation about resilience, growth, and finding humor in life's wildest rides. Ask away!
Hey, ladies! As we gear up for the exciting journey to the pageant weekend, I wanted to share a few tips to help you select rehearsal outfits that are both stylish and practical. Remember, rehearsals are your chance to shine in comfort while staying true to your personal brand! Comfort is Key Rehearsals can be long, so opt for outfits that allow you to move easily. Think stretchy fabrics, breathable materials, and shoes you can wear all day without wincing. Flats, stylish sneakers, or comfy block heels are great options. Save your on-stage shoes until they ask you to put them on, Stay True to Your Brand Your rehearsal outfits are another opportunity to showcase your personality! Are you bold and colorful? Classic and chic? Sporty and edgy? Let your personal style shine through while keeping it polished and appropriate. Layer Up Venues can vary in temperature, so layers are your best friend. Bring a lightweight jacket, cardigan, or shawl to stay cozy during cooler moments. Functional Accessories Choose accessories that are functional and add flair! A sleek crossbody bag or tote is perfect for keeping essentials like your phone, water bottle, and notebook close by. Above all, wear what makes you feel confident and focused! When you feel good in what you’re wearing, it shows in your energy and performance. #PageantPrep #ConfidentlyYou #RehearsalReady Today, I had the profound honor of laying a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier as Mrs. New York American 2024. Standing in silent reflection, I was reminded that freedom is never free—it is paid for by the sacrifices of those who serve, known and unknown. I deeply understand the privilege of living in a nation where liberty and opportunity are safeguarded by the brave. This moment was humbling, emotional, and a powerful reminder of the debt we owe to those who defend our country. A heartfelt thank you to Knights of Columbus Council 207 and the Ladies Auxiliary for making this experience possible. Your dedication to faith, service, and patriotism is inspiring, and I am truly grateful. May we always honor and remember those who gave everything for us. #FreedomIsNotFree #HonorAndRemember #MrsNYAmerican #NeverForget We meet at a cozy little café, the kind with soft indie music playing in the background and the scent of freshly ground beans in the air. She orders a café mocha, extra whipped cream, because she thinks bitter coffee is for adults who have it all together. I order a chai latte, warm and spiced, a drink that feels like a hug—something she desperately needs.
She stirs her drink too much, stalling. Then, she spills everything. The weight of her depression, how some days feel impossible, how she wonders if it ever gets better. I reach across the table, squeeze her hand, and promise her—it’s worth the fight. The darkness won’t last forever. One day, she’ll wake up and realize she made it through the worst of it. She moves on, like she always does, covering pain with another story. This time, about her latest heartbreak. He cheated. Again. She wonders if she’ll ever be loved the way she loves—deeply, fully, without reservation. I smile, because I know what’s coming. You will meet someone who sees your worth, who loves even the broken parts of you. And he will be your greatest teammate. Then, the black sheep conversation. She’s always been the odd one out—too much, too different, too everything. She doesn’t fit in her small town, doesn’t fit in her own family. I know, I say, but one day, you’ll find your people. The ones who see your goodness, who love you not in spite of who you are but because of it. You’ll build a life surrounded by people who lift you up. She sighs, stares out the window, and whispers that she just wants to escape. Oh, sweetheart, you will. She will see places beyond the small town that feels like a cage. She will travel, explore, find pieces of herself in places she never imagined. Then, her face lights up for the first time. WWE. Her love, her escape, the thing that makes her feel something other than sadness. I laugh. You won’t just watch it from your bedroom. You will be there, the whole weekend of WrestleMania. You will feel the energy, the electricity, and you will know that dreams—even the smallest ones—can come true. She hesitates, then, almost embarrassed. I’ve been thinking about pageants, she says, voice soft, like she’s scared to want something that feels too big for her. I lean in, eyes bright. You won’t just compete. You will be a queen. She doesn’t believe me yet, but she will. And as we finish our drinks, I see something shift in her eyes. A little more hope, a little less doubt. I leave the café knowing she’ll make it. Because I did. |
